READ BELOW TO GET STARTED:
1. You have to start with everyone on the week of November 13th. You have 3-4 days to start, so you don't have to start on a certain day. Read the instructions and join the FB GROUP before we start. The challenge ends on December 26th.
2. The program is 4 weeks long and is a PDF style eBook work out that you can download to your phone. There will be a home workout and a gym workout version. WE ARE FOCUSED ON SKI/SNOWBOARD season conditioning. The home workout does require that you have some weights and bands.
